Problem booking home move

I need to book a home move, however when I go to book, it says I already have this booked, then when I click on details, it says I have no current orders. I've tried virtual assist and I'm literally going in circles. I don't know how to fix this.

If that issue continues your best bet is by calling Sky. Just dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline.
