I have my work laptop plugged directly via ethernet cable into the router to avoid WiFi issues however over the last couple of days my connection has dropped during MS Teams calls. I have checked the cable restarted the router and the laptop but the issue persists despite the service checker advising there are no issues and my Fibre Broadband speeds are high. My husband has had the same issue (he also uses ethernet connection via a separate port) so not sure where the issue is or how to rectify. It has been working fine for a number of months up until now.
