Prime video won't play any titles and says I'm connected via a proxy server or vpn. I am not. This is the same on the sky q app version, iPhone version, and fire tv version. When I connect my phone to my 4g, it will play, but then re connect to the wi fi and it goes back to proxy/vpn error, so definitely wi fi related and not prime video.
Any ideas for solution?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mat3333 Have you tried to leave your connection off for 30 minutes to get a new IP to see if this sorts that issue out?
