Prices for engineer

My internet gone down only two lights on ive tried everything they have said still not working ive called engineer out  but my bill says i dont pay anything or is there a bill on my next  months payment

@Bellaboo12  There is normally no charge for an engineer being sent out to fix a fault for your internet.
