Prices For Sky broadband

Hi, I'm currently on Sky Fibre 500 and paying £46 per month for the privilege. I've just logged into MYSKY app and it's saying that Sky Fibre 900 is available for £46 also. Now, my question is, is the £46 on top on my current £46 or is that the overall price because if it is.....why are they the same price and also of course I'm gonna take the 900 🤣 Apologies if this msg is a bit drawn out!

Thanks,

Graham

@BaileyGB

Are you seeing a price quoted for a new customer (which you aren't)?

If the Fibre 900 is available to you as a current customer then that would be the price you would be paying for it, so it is not on top of what you are already paying.

Because the difference for an ISP to purchase a faster wholesale band is negligible: the physical infrastructure is exactly the same.
