Power failure

Hi we have had a power failure and was told if this happened to contact you as the it will affect the broadband set procedure. We are currently having issues with the WiFi. Ty Steve

Hi. We have had exactly the same now other device effected just the sky hub. No power going I to it happend around 1.25 to 1.30pm. Can not get power back into the hub have tried different plugs. Basically the broadband hub has died.
