Power Outage

I touched my laptop to.check my emails snd there was a loud pop sound and a flash. My tv went off and my broadband tripped. You think my broadband is ok but I can't access the internet on my kindle. I think I need an engineer to sort this out.

@TraceyEarley What is an Engineer going to do for you with a power outage, call sky now if you think that your sky Hub is toast that can happen with any rapid power loss, not sure about your bangs and pops though! Dial 150 from your landline 8am to 8pm and organise what you need, the Forum is not sky Customer Service, so you need to organise it all by yourself!

Hi! I resolved this issue myself as my circuit board had tripped cutting off power to several outlets including my sky box and tv. I only realised that this had happened as I went into my bedroom and my bedside light was also dead. This made me check the main circuit board where I found one switch in the off position. When I remedied this everything else came back into use! I therefore no longer need any assistance from your engineers! Happy Wednesday! Tracey Earley
