Positioning of landline
In our property the landline is by the front door and it is in danger of being damaged also there are a few telephone points that make no sense to why they are where they are!!!

These days ISPs/telcos/Openreach accept no responsibility for the location, installation or maintenance of extension sockets.
Getting a master socket relocated is an option, on paying a fee. ONT location (for FTTP) has some degree of flexibility.
