Ports on back of new Sky Wireless router do not work

Hi all, my sky wireless ethernet ports do not work or light up when I plug ethernet cables into the ports. How do I speak to someoen about it? What's the best number to call? It is brand new as of August of this year.

@LaFave before calling Sky check the ports with a fully wired cable which is known to work connected to a powered device. No special number required but you can dial 150 on your Sky Talk line for a free call.

Thank you for the response. I've done on the checks and they are definately dead ports. Unfortunately, I don't have a Sky Talk Line, so I'll need look up a number to call... Thank you
