Port forwarding

Hi I have port forwarded my games server on port 27016 but I cannot see my service outside of my network, reading online you guys use what is called a CG-NAT and that has been known to cause issues for port forwarding, can you please advise.

thanks

@Dobberz19

Shouldnt be an issue for simple port forwarding rules. Can you post a screenshot of the router configuration & firewall configuration on your device?

@Dobberz19 you are not talking to Sky by posting but Sky do not use CG-NAT instead if you have a white Sky hub they use an alternstive system called MAP-T but by setting up a port forwarding rule switches the IP4 share to 1:1 so thstvshouldn't be the issue.

Black hubs are nor affecred.

 here are the screenshots you asked for, on the firewall you're looking for space1 and space 2

Hi @Dobberz19

That looks right to me. I would note this port range is included in the matchmaking port range of Steam, is it possible the server needs more than port 27016 to be discoverable?
