Port Forward Error - Cant' setup/edit or delete rules

Everytime I try to edit or delete a rule I get the message "Something went wrong. Your request couldn't be processed. Please close this message and try again." in the mysky app. This happens for any device available.

I'm using the Sky Max hub.

I've tired power cycling my router, clearing the cache on my phone app and reinstalling the app.

I've seen similar post, but no one else seems to have an issue with setting rules up, but with the port forward not working after.

Any advice appericated. 🙁

Spoke to Sky support on the phone, they said they can't help with "internal issues" in the router.

Pressing and holding the WPS button until the light flashes reset the Sky Max Hub adn this fixed the issue. But did reset a lot of things, but its working now.

Re: Port Forward Error - Cant' setup/edit or delete rules

I have a different issue, but for clarity my WAN IP Address (IPv4) only states my IP address and no other text.

Unfortunately I'm still facing this same issue. Does anyone have any advice?
