Re: Poor wifi
@James__k that speedtest result is very slow. What have the results looked like with other devices e.g. laptop connected to the Sky hub? Have you done a speed test via Netflix, Roku, Firestick et al? How far from the hub are you?

I have sky 2gb package but when I do a speed test on my phone I get about 12mb download. Tested a few times over a few days. Tried sky app to see if any problems but says everything okay. Myself I am not so sure. Anyone else had the same problems.
Is this the Full Fibre 2.5 Gigafast+ through Cityfibre?
What speed to the hub is reported through the MySky app? Are you using the Sky Gigafast+ WiFi 7 Hub and have tested an ethernet device connected directly to the hub (not through any switches or internal house wiring)?

Re: Poor wifi
Do check on local outages.

Then run the local checker.

sounds like an issue at Sky's end. If I ever run into connection issues I start at the hub with a laptop and ethernet cable having plugged out and restarted the hub... I assume you've done that? Sounds obvious but often time turning the power off and waiting a minute or 2 solves many issues.
Having done that and still an issue... you'll have to contact Sky
