Poor wifi

very poor wifi in house all test say its ok but wifi dips in and out and current download speed wired is 200mps wireless is around 30mps this is very poor when installed the technicain wasnt very helpful can someone please call me as i feel the service i was offered i am not getting if this cannot be resolved i shall be looking to get out of my contract
