Fibre optic
Had fibre optic 7th November told you couldn't fit Fibre Optic round doorways so now fitted in bedroom instead of lounge. So can't hear phone

@JULY2020 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Fibre cables are much more difficult to run than regular types so the engineer was right. Assume you are referring to the landline phone. One simple solution is to buy a DECT cordless phone system where you can have a hanset in each room.
