Poor wifi

For a very long time, over 12 months I would say, o have always had poor WiFi. 
three or four times a week I have had to turn it off, wait a short while, switch it back on and then restart by pressing the WPS button to help it find a connection . 
I am at the point of saying enough is enough, if it cannot get resolved I will have to go a different provider. please can you offer a resulution

@Rich76495 What is it that you are constantly having to reconnect to the hub, and which hub do you have from sky!
