Poor wifi

Dear sky customer service,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of my Sky WiFi service. For the past several months, my household has been experiencing continuous connectivity issues. The WiFi signal frequently disconnects, and even when connected, the signal strength is very weak across all of our decides.

These interruptions are causing significant inconvenience, affecting our ability to use the internet and your sky multi room services. We have tried restarting the router but the problems persist.

As loyal Sky customers, we rely on your services for our daily needs and are disappointed with the current level of service. We kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue.
