Poor wifi

We live in quite a big flat and the hub doesn't seem to reach my brothers room well enough - he gets a spotty signal, and not the advertised mbs. Please can you send us out an extender as it's necessary to ensure full coverage.

@Forster1 you are talking to Sky by pisting in the forum. Sky will supply an extender if you buy their WiFi Max package and call them and ask for one.

Yes but sky with the max hub or whatever it's called guarantee a certain speed across the entire property - I don't need to pay for an extender, they have to send one out anyway to fulfill their guarantee. Hence the post.
