Re: Poor wifi
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Poor wifi
Thank you the problem is always in the evening so I'll try again then. I've actually run the test whilst those in the house have been moaning about no WiFi and it comes back saying all is fine. So I'll try again as it's def not working in evenings thank you
