pi download speed was 11.
we upgraded paying an additional £4 a month for your super fast and have since received no higher than 17.6.
this is obviously not 2001 and those kind of speeds are not acceptable. Particularly when we are paying for a better service.
I beleive we should be due a refund for not getting the speeds we should have previously.
also again now as we are arill
not receiving the speeds we've been told.
my new our is with virgin ans are currently getting 382mb for less than we are paying for 17.8 on a good day.
