Poor wifi quality

Hi, we've recently moved address and had our WiFi fitted, it isn't very good quality, our sky glass tv hardly works with it and keeps pausing and stops playing. I'm not happy at all with this as combined we pay £100 a month for the tv and broadband. We never had this issue at our old property. I would like to have someone out to resolve this issue or I will look elsewhere for a broadband provider.
