Poor wifi in home office - keeps dropping and impacting work from home

I've recently moved to Sky BB from Virgin; unfortunately, my wifi keeps dropping out in my home office. This is demonstrated on the website tests for devices in our home.

I had the same issue with previous supplier and a wifi booster resolved the problem. Can anyone provide guidance how I request one from Sky as I have been unable to find anything clearly on the website?

Many thanks

I am new to SKY broadband and all their tests show I should be getting a much better speed.  Started at 45mb and over the last two weeks has dropped to as low as 12.71mb!!  Really unhappy as the hub is sitting clear of all possible barriers and I live in a flat so no major distance between my computer and the hub.  Not sure what to do now as the service is not what was promised.

@KerryC2 Do you currently have the Sky MAX package for your broadband. if so call sky, if not call sky and sign-up for the option. You can look on sky.com to see what is involved.

@Eileen948 Run the service checker, and if it finds a fault on the line go from there with the diagnostics, link below.

@KerryC2 You have to call Sky unfortunately it is the only way to request the Max Pod that you will require to cover your area. They may run a test so not sure how that goes but call when you need and find the time.!

You need to stay on the phone line, be quiet works, and you will be directed to speak to a CS agent.
