Poor wifi connection

I need a visit from an engineer as I am unhappy with my wifi connection around the house. You sent me a new router which is poor compared to the one I had. I need a visit as soon as possible I am very unhappy with what has been done over the last week.. I have lost my landline and now I have poor wifi. It is not good enough Mr Philip

We are customers here so you are not speaking to Sky.

 

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
