Have you got one of the 'new' white routers?
I was having loads of issues with WiFi and general speed issues as well and a Sky engineer came out. He stated that, in his opinion, the best thing way to resolve this was to change the white router to the last generation black one. Touch wood, he seemed to be correct, as the issues seemed to have improved tremendously.

Yes I do have one of the new white routers that's ment to be the best apparently but i think its shocking!
Thank you. Do they need to send a new one out then? Or can I use the old one i had?

From what the engineer said, the white router is somehow 'attached' to your account. Personally,, I would try it out and if it makes a difference, then request an engineer appointment?
