Poor wife connection and speeds

For the last four weeks I have been having issues with the broadband speen. My partners phone keeps dropping out, is unable to upload simple internet pages without dropping back to 4g. Hvae had issues trying to use streaming and gaming services too. Have run diagnostics through Sky app and get all green ticks. Have turned the router off to try and change channel but still same issues.

What kinds of speeds are you seeing to your devices? Your hub suggests you should be seeing about 50mbps
