My Playstion 5 device is usually receiving approx 160-180mbs. In the past 2 weeks it has regularly received <20mbs.
I have a router and 2 of your boosters, usually it will connect to the nearest booster however it will only connect to the router recently and despite going through the steps your engineer told us to complete during the installation of the wifi, it does not fix this connection issue.
