Poor to none internet

We had the new Wi-Fi router fitted last week on the 16th and the signal has been very poor. The router is only 2 meters away from our devices and still we have to use 4g to get internet. With our previous suppier (Vodafone) we had zero issues. Could you please send an engineer to sort as first impressions are very poor.
