Poor speed

Please help. I have my phone next to the hub and the speed is terrible. When i did the check online it said speed poor and that there is a problem with my wifi

Is this solely a broadband issue? I'm confused by your mention of your phone.

I used my phone to do a sky online broadband check and it band the results were poor
