Poor/slow broadband performance

Connection performance on WiFi is poor, even when I am sitting by the sky home hub. I am getting better performance from my mobile network than sky broadband.

 

Your sky broadband and WiFi checker does not show issues, that is not an accurate reflection of the performance.

 

accessing email &, browsing I am connecting using my mobile network. Response time via Sky is slow.

 

my son has just come home from Uni. He is getting poor internet connection messages on his ps5. When we had BT broadband, at a slower speed, he did not any performance issues.

 

please help
