Poor signal

I have sky glass and the signal from broadband is not enough to keep my sky glass tv on

What is your  broadband speed ? And what other devices  do you have  connected  to the Internet, sky glass  needs a minimum of  25mps  for hd channels  and a minimum  of 35mps  to watch in uhd channels, you could use the Netflix  app open go to the help at the bottom  open that go to check your network  and click on that it will tell you what  speed  your  tv is  getting
