Poor signal when not in room with hub

I need to speak to somebody about getting signal boosters through the house. The poor signal is causing problems with my heating controls.

no matter what number I try or what I ask the virtual assistant I don't seem to be able to get any help.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
