Poor signal, buffering, inconsistent

I regularly get buffering even when I'm really close to the router. The speed is poor in my upstairs office regularly. Generally the service is very inconsistent and in terms of overall experience is worse than the 75mbs service I had with Plus net. We replaced that service with Sky 500mbs fibre. Why am I having these troubles so regularly ? Ive put my router in an unobstructed place and followed all advice. Im not happy

I'm having the same problem.  I need to WFH and can't get online. Tried everything. Been like it for a few days now.

@Sarah595 Why do you think this is the same, when you say you cannot get online, just dont see that as the same!

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
