Poor broadband connectivity

I’ve just switched my broadband from Virgin Media to Sky, but I’m really disappointed with the service so far. The connection quality seems very poor compared with what I had, and in particular I can’t get any usable signal upstairs nothing loads when I’m in the room upstairs.

 

I’ve tried basic troubleshooting and checked the router placement, but the Wi-Fi still doesn’t reach upstairs reliably.

@Tom333 The sky hub and the virgin media hub there are none that are alike, use this sky help below as a first check!
