Poor service

We arranged to have broadband installed the date set the engineer did not arrive no message or call to say he wasn't coming the second engineer arrived 2 weeks later could not install not able to connect third date reset for 6 weeks no explanation unable to contact sky via phone number on email 

as we are new customers to sky I am more than annoyed at the lack of service nobody is interested I just want to cancel but can't get hold of anybody 

I would certainly never recommend sky to anyone
