Poor reception
I live in a tiny flat 1 room away the WiFi is [Removed]it's positioned so the whole house is covered plus I have sky glass witch is on a wire feed am I paying too much for a crappy service ? It's alot of money for nothing phones drop out and it's a room away what's going on? Rubbish might go to another supplier as "guaranteed speed are not what I pay for " rubbish wish I'd never bought this [Removed]

Im in the same situation i live in a 1 bed flat one room away from the router and ive had the same problem with every company i can go with in my area so changing might cause you the same problem

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
