Poor quality network on WiFi connected device

I have been experiencing issues when working from home. Most noticable when in Team chats, I will freeze or drop out and presented with on hold message or low quality network message box.  When running the SKY speed checker tests it says all is good with 151Mbs to hub. However when I use something like Broadband Speedcheck online, I am getting Download 2.10 Mb/s and 24.21 Upload. Something is not right.
