Poor performing broadband

Hi, I am having terrible issues with broadband and I have upgraded broadband based on your advice but I am seeing no difference. I am trying to contact sky but I can not get hold of a person. You saying there is no issue but I am still having issues which I am really frustrated. If we can not fix it, I will have to canx because I feel like I have been conned.

@LJKenyon As you appear to be dealing with sky CS on it all, the Forum has no idea what you are doing, have done or able to give any advice to anything unless you specifically give some information! Poor perfomance in what way and the Forum did not advise you to do any such thing with upgrades etc?
