Poor internet,
Loss of connection, poor signal at 1 meter , paying for fast speed Internet and getting alot slower speed , frustration growing as this is not the first time,
Possibly time to find a new provider,

Re: Poor internet,
@mialouise2013 if you are out of contact you can indeed move but if you are still in contract then you will get a bill if you switch before Sky have released you from contract after admitting they cannot solve the issue.
Speed to the hub is guaranteed but thst doesnt extend to speed to the devices. This is because while 1m of air should present no issue lets say there is a sheet of metal foil in the way then you would get zero direct signal. Any non-metallic solid object like a wall will cause attenuation of any radio signal the more dense the object the greater the signal loss. Therefore WiFi speedsxdepend on the layout of your home and the type of construction.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
