Poor internet

I am having issues with the speed of the sky bb, it's far less than that promised.  Please can someone contact me to discuss as I would like to give you the opportunity to resolve otherwise I will be looking to cancel my broadband

@Gem64 this is a Sky customer forum, you will need to contact Sky to discuss your issues.
