Poor internet

Our internet isent very good, it's slow, drops out and is worse up stairs

@Toni55  So what we have to see if it is the speed that is doing this or the Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property. What colour of router do you have black or white?

@Toni55  What does the service check come back as your speed. Have you asked Sky to give you a pod(s) to help with Wi-Fi throughout the property?
