Poor internet speed

Again I'm Making a complaint about the WiFi internet speed and connection. Since changing from BT to Sky to connection is awful. The WiFi when tested on a third party tester ie Speedtest the speed is rubbish to what I should be getting. 
the Sky router has already been changed so it's not a router issue. Please arrange for a engineer to attend and sort otherwise I will be cancelling the connection.
