Poor internet connection

We upgraded our sky box to have the booster, it is now worse than before. All devices struggling to connect and when connected keeps dropping out, very frustrating as when you run checkd it says everything ok. Currently having to connect to 5g roaming to write this....

@TessaM You upgraded what to what, the Forum is just customers like yourself and your posting you are not talking to sky. About top off the page explains it all.
