Network connectivity

I work from home and since we moved to Fibre I've had network connectivity issues, I've run the test and it says there aren't any issues with network, broadband or WiFi but the tvs are always buffering and the network isn't good enough for Connection to work and buffers constantly on Teams calls, even when I have my camera off. When fibre was fitted, they really struggled to pill the cable through from the road to the house. It took 2 visits and multiple people. I'm wondering if the cable was damaged in the process

Re: Network connectivity

@Rachel185 What is the Sky Hub that you are using? And also are you doing all off this as connected to the wireless side on the network.

Fibre cable although very delicate on the inside is extremely tough on the outer and as long as SHARP bends are avoided it works fairly good!

One bad wireless device can cause a lot off problems and the same goes for the position off the hub once the Fibre update is done, bad position havoc in the home!
