Poor/intermittent Connection

It appears, like so many, that I keep using wi-fi connection. No problems in the area and indeed other persons in the area (on other services arent experiencing other issues.....so it doesnt seem to be the weather). My speed appears constantly above 4 mbp, so there shouldnt be an issue?

 

I do have a concern that the last time I had serious WI-FI Connectivity problems it was suggested I buy a new Hub, which I did....... the issue with that was that (for some reason I didnt install the new Hub), and by some miracle the connectivity on my old Hub MASSIVELY IMPROVED. How do I e-mail a querry on how and why there's this reoccuring issue.

General weather conditions don't affect broadband or WiFi (although water penetration and mechanical strain caused by wind movement can impact copper circuits)

 

4Mbs is incredibly slow by contemporary standards: which Sky Broadband product do you have?
