Poor installation

Had fibre installed last Dec. In less than a year then installation outside is already coming loose. Do I contact Sky or Openreach Wasn't happy at the time that the engineer drilled into my brand new fibreglass roof without asking absolutely raving mad that this is now coming loose and there is a good chance that driving rain will make it in. Advice please

What did the engineer say when you challenged him/her at the time of the installation? Have you made a complaint in the last 10 months about it?

Re: Poor installation

I was at work when the engineer came.My husband who is disabled was home but didn't know anyone was there.Engineer just came through the back of the property without telling him he was going to do any work.Normally they knock the front door first but not this time. As my husband is almost deaf he didn't hear any drilling or anything.

I'm not sure how long it's been like that but I only noticed last week when I went up to clear the gutters

Give Sky a call to discuss this. Unfortunately the installation was 10 months ago so trying to prove any negligence might be difficult.
