Poor equipment performance
Hi, new Sky stream customer and this set up is awful. Do you have a better router and a better pick? I allegedly have 900mbps coming in to the router, but only 60mbps getting to the next room the WiFi transfer is terrible. Hence the TV in my next room to the router is constantly freezing. It's nothing other than poor equipment standard. As it wouldn't play UHD upstairs, I have hardwired and ethernet cable through the ceiling which has obviously solved a problem (at my expense). But to not get sufficient WiFi to even stream HD TV channels in the next room is completely unacceptable. Having just left Virgin with absolutely no picture issues for 4½ years, this is very very frustrating in week 1!

Re: Poor equipment performance
The white Max Hub (2023) is the current hardware in the UK.
The Gigafast+ Hub is only provisioned on CityFibre infrastructure in the UK (it's standard in ROI)
