Poor download speed within house

Having upgraded to your 300 mb service , we still get no more than 100 download , despite having a new sky router sent out by you.

we sometimes experience pixelation when streaming programmes.

even if I stand next to the router it gets maybe 102, but never the minimum guaranteed 200. Please help.
