Poor connectivity

I would like a sky engineer to visit and check our connection. 
I am very dissatisfied with the WiFi connection. Myself and my partner both work from home and are on Zoom, Teams and FaceTime meetings all day. We have been kicked out of and lost connection during countless meetings which is affecting our livelihoods.

Our Sky W miniboxes are also continually disconnecting from our network. 
I feel it would be beneficial for an engineer to check our mesh network and see how and where we can improve connectivity.

@Bobbyween Payable Service that sky does provide, but you will have to call about it, the Forum is not sky Customer Service! About at the top off the page explains the forum!
