Poor connection

Booster in bedroom seems to be not boosting signal enough to reach play station. We require another booster to place in the hallway. Signal has been slow/poor around the house over the past few days. Have run online tests from app, all says it's ok. Please advise what else we can do to boost signal

You can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on this link for contact options:
