Poor connection

We have recently had our package renewed, new wireless router. However the connection has become worse since this change, regularly losing connection while working from home and dropping off of video calls, this is obviously not what we were expecting to find with a new package/router. Please could this be resolved, otherwise we would like to discuss ending the contract.
