Poor connection

Since having the super fibrefitted last Friday the Internet connection is rubbish. I wish I never bothered with it. I wish I had stuck with my original Internet

@Ruth-louise What is rubbish with it? If you can explain further if not just contact sky is your other option dial 150 on your connected landline will get you to a sky Customer Service agent!
